It helps people share information, talk to each other, watch videos, play games, and much more!

You can think of the Internet like a huge library or city that never sleeps — always full of ideas, pictures, news, and fun things to explore!

History of the Internet:

• In the 1960s, it began as a project in the USA called ARPANET.
• At first, it helped universities share research.
• Then businesses and people started using it.
• In the 1990s, the World Wide Web (www) made it easier for everyone to use — that’s when it really became popular!
