Nails protect the fingers and toes, and also assist with certain physical activities in daily life.

  • Trim the nails regularly.
  • Keep fingernails dry and clean.
  • Apply a protective layer or nail hardener to help strengthen nails.
  • Keep them short and clean; apply moisturiser.
  • Cut them in the shape of the tip of your finger.
  • Ask a parent for help if you don’t know how to cut your nails.

💇 Hair Care

Your hair is the fine threads that grow in a mass on your head and other parts of the body.

  • Comb regularly.
  • Trim from time to time.
  • Keep dry and clean.
  • Use appropriate hair cream.
  • Plait or weave (for girls).
  • Wash with shampoo and rinse properly.
  • Do not share hair tools — comb, scarf, or clippers.
