Traditional Dressing
Traditional dressing represents cultural identity. Examples include:
- Wrapper, Buba, Iro and Gele (Yoruba)
- Agbada, Caftan (common across Nigeria)
- George fabric, Isiagu (Igbo)
- Babban Riga, Hijab (Hausa/Fulani)
Nigerian Foods
Nigeria has a rich variety of local dishes, including:
- Jollof rice, fried rice, ofada rice
- Pounded yam with egusi soup or oha soup
- Tuwo shinkafa with miyan kuka
- Akara, moi-moi, suya, pepper soup
