CONTENT OF THE LESSON:
Meaning of Weather:
Weather is the condition of the atmosphere at a particular place and time. It can change from hour to hour or day to day.
Factors Affecting Weather:
- Sunlight (Solar Energy): Amount of sunshine affects temperature and evaporation.
- Cloud Cover: Clouds block sunlight and bring rain.
- Wind: Moves air and affects temperature.
- Rainfall: Amount of rain affects soil moisture and plant growth.
- Humidity: Amount of moisture in the air.
- Temperature: Degree of hotness or coldness of the air.
Why Weather Changes:
- Rotation of the Earth.
- Movement of air masses.
- Changes in seasons.
