This Refund Policy applies to all paid courses, digital products, and subscriptions offered on StudyZone.ng.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve it
  • Wrong course purchased (if reported within 48 hours)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed courses
  • Downloaded materials
  • Certificates already issued
  • Promotional or discounted items

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Email billing@studyzone.ng with your receipt/transaction ID.

Allow 3–7 working days for review.
