Meaning of Safety Rules
Safety rules are the conditions of being safe from getting hurt, injured, or experiencing loss.
Basic Movements — Safety Rules
| Movement | Safety Rule |
|---|---|
| Walking | Put one foot in front of the other; support the body on one leg, then the other, swinging your arms gently as you move forward. |
| Running | Your legs move one after the other as you move your hands fast. |
| Jumping | Take off on one foot and land on two, or take off from two feet and land on one foot. |
| Leaping | Lift both arms up as you move by lifting your legs at the same time. |
| Stepping | Lift up one foot and put it down in another spot, as in walking. |
| Hopping | Lift up one leg and lean on the other to support the body, then jump and land on the same foot. |
