Meaning of Safety Rules

Safety rules are the conditions of being safe from getting hurt, injured, or experiencing loss.

Basic Movements — Safety Rules

Movement Safety Rule
Walking Put one foot in front of the other; support the body on one leg, then the other, swinging your arms gently as you move forward.
Running Your legs move one after the other as you move your hands fast.
Jumping Take off on one foot and land on two, or take off from two feet and land on one foot.
Leaping Lift both arms up as you move by lifting your legs at the same time.
Stepping Lift up one foot and put it down in another spot, as in walking.
Hopping Lift up one leg and lean on the other to support the body, then jump and land on the same foot.
